My name is Elisa and I am an English ☞ Spanish independent ✴︎ translator. I contribute to the dissemination of culture by breaking down linguistic and cultural barriers ※ to ensure that the message and essence of audio-visual products reach their target ➻ audience, with nothing lost on the way.

My passion for film and culture led me to specialise in audio-visual translation and I have since worked for renowned cultural institutions like Barcelona’s Centre for Contemporary Culture as well as for prestigious dubbing studios such as Sonilab and International Sound Studio.

This love of cinema is reflected in a work that maintains the utmost respect for the original text and stays true to its analysis and research in meticulous detail, while carefully weaving creativity throughout the process to preserve the fluidity of the target text.
